Personal Photos of Kerry Turner

I love the tropics! The Botanical Gardens in Singapore.

Hanging with my buddies at the George and Dragon in Luxembourg (That's Walter
Perkins on the right).

Holy ground.

History is my passion. This is in Richmond, Virginia.

Flexible Brass Recording Project.

Composing in New York.

Proud to be photographed with son, Trevor John.

Dressed as Teddy Roosevelt. What a guy!

Haggling at a market in Cape Town. She won.

With brother Ken high up in the alps of Switzerland.

With wife (and AHQ member) Kristina at El Jem in Tunisia.

You gotta stay in shape. Even in the Sahara.

On the beach in Florida.

In the Botanical Gardens on the tiny island of Jeju, south of Korea.

At a Hanok house in Seoul.

Here's me and "the chairman."

I know how to celebrate Christmas!

With Darek Wisniewski at the recording sessions of the "Karankawa" album. I was
suffering from a terrible eye illness that had me seeing double.

McSorley's Old Ale House. New York City.

Drinking beer at the Smetana Hall after a concert in Prague.

At Oscar Wilde's pub in Luxemburg with son, Andrew "Buck" Austin.

This is me with the barbarians at a midieval festival in Volterra, Italy.

Composing in Toscana.

Summer days in Tuscany.

It's still the best way to get around.

This is me with my shockingly talented family in San Antonio. The four of us could
put on a production of Lohengrin if you paid us enough.

Kerry hales from the great State of Texas. A strong influence from this
unique blend of cultures and traditions can't be overlooked in his
compositions. This picture shows Kerry at a ranch near San Antonio. He
thinks that's sketches from Introduction and Main Event in his folder
there.

Kerry now lives in Luxemburg. In this picture you can also see the main
park that runs through the city.

From 1980 to 1982 Kerry attended the Manhattan School of Music in New
York. This picture was taken just after winning the Artists
International Solo Competition in 1982.

While composing in Houston, Kerry listens carefully to his muse...
